Hard work pays off for Byran Jones

Byran Jones is living proof that work ethic and a strong will pay off handsomely. The 6-3, 310-pound offensive lineman from Jacksonville Forrest, who begins Summer B classes at the University of Florida next week, reported to Gainesville today a good 20-25 pounds lighter than he was at this time last year. Given the task of losing weight and getting stronger, Jones put his mind to the task and not only turned in a tremendous senior season but earned a Florida football scholarship as well.
