ShareGreat Expectations: Wide receivers
When it comes to wide receivers and the University of Florida, the phrase embarrassment of riches comes to mind. There is so much speed, talent and depth at this position that the Gators can run receivers onto the field in waves, which is exactly what Urban Meyer has wanted since he arrived on the Florida campus back in December of 2004. Meyer and wide receivers coach Billy Gonzales can mix and match to fit the situation and to create the idea mismatches on the field. It figures to be a season to remember for a receiving corps that is possibly as deep and talented as any since 1996.
