Gimme 5: Keys to Florida’s victory
There were questions surrounding this Florida Gators team.
Its four September wins were against mediocre teams. Plus, the Gators knew they could win in September. It is October that has been the problem.
However, following Florida’s 14-6 win, it is LSU left questioning what went wrong.
Conversely, Will Muschamp and Co. have found a blueprint for winning games, even against the nation’s top teams. The only question remaining is just how good is this Gators team?
LSU, though No. 4 in the country, has proven to be a flawed team. However, not many teams around the country can list the type of wins Florida can at this point.
The Gators took care of business against Bowling Green. They traveled to hostile environments in College Station, Texas and Knoxville, Tenn. and came away with wins. They clobbered Kentucky. Saturday, they took care of LSU.
Is this a team capable of winning a Southeastern Conference Championship? A National Championship? Can it even beat South Carolina?
All are worthy questions that will be answered in time. Now, we take a look at the five keys to Florida’s victory against LSU.
