ShareGators Tweets: Reaction to loss
Florida Gators players took to Twitter to sound off about Saturday’s 17-9 loss against the Georgia Bulldogs.
The first tweets didn’t take long to get posted after the team bus pulled away from EverBank Field in Jacksonville, although some of the tweets below were by players who didn’t make the trip.
Players obviously were in anguish after coming up short of securing a spot in the SEC Championship. The Gators (7-1 overall, 6-1 in SEC play) turned the ball over six times en route to their first loss of the season, which dropped them to No. 8 in national polls.
