ShareGators shying from national spotlight
After a nearly two-year hiatus, the Florida Gators seemingly appear to be back on the national radar as they come into the week ranked as the nation’s No. 4 team.
The young team was not expected by many to be a serious challenger for a Southeastern Conference title, let alone a national title at this early point in the season, but that is the exact position the Gators are in after last Saturday’s 14-6 win against LSU in The Swamp.
While positive hype surrounding a program is always better than the alternative, fans are beginning to question how Florida will handle being back in the spotlight. Gators coach Will Muschamp said the answer to that question will be revealed soon enough.
