Gators running, dominating clock

Mired in offensive struggles, Florida’s time of possession was an alarming statistic last season.

In games involving two FBS teams, the Gators ranked No. 93 in the country, averaging 28:43 in time of possession. It was not simply a one-year trend, as the Gators were No. 88 in time of possession in 2010.

Through four games this season, that statistic has changed drastically.
