There’s no doubt things have been a little backwards for the Florida Gators offense this season.

In the not-so-distant past, the Gators’ offensive highlights have consisted of downfield bombs and short passes turned into long-gainers that only halted in the end zone.

However, the Florida “pitch-and-catch” that used to take place on turf and grass fields throughout the southeastern United States has turned into “three yards and a cloud of dust.”
