Gators must match Louisville’s intensity

When Northern Illinois beat Kent State and moved into the top 16 of the BCS rankings, the ripple effects were felt throughout the country.

But other than Florida State and the Orange Bowl, nobody felt as drastic a wave as the Florida Gators and the Sugar Bowl. Prior to Northern Illinois’ ascension in the rankings, it seemed as if Florida and Oklahoma would be playing in the Sugar Bowl — a rematch of the 2009 national championship game.
