UF’s Dunker charged with scooter theft

Florida Gators true freshman offensive lineman Jessamen Dunker is in jail on charges that he was riding on a stolen scooter.

Jessamen Tory Dunker was booked into the Alachua County Jail at 12:01 p.m. Wednesday and is charged with grand theft of a motor vehicle, a third degree felony, according to Alachua County arrest records. He was arrested by the University Police Department. The traffic stop occurred after Dunker allegedly was following a UF vehicle too closely.
