ShareFlorida Field gets a summer face-lift
When Florida took on Florida State in the season finale, Florida Field was in pretty rough shape. There was a large area in between the hash marks from the goal line to about the 20-yard line on the south side of the stadium that was mostly dead grass.
The Gators appear to be doing everything they can to make sure that won't happen again in 2012.
The field is currently undergoing a re-sodding that should bring green grass back to the Swamp for the 2012 season.
