Coming Sunday! Buddy takes on Kirk Herbstreit

Buddy Martin  |  June 15, 2007

Gator Country's Buddy Martin is updating his book, "The Boys from Old Florida" with final chapters about the 2006 Southeastern Conference championship and the national championship game in Glendale. Sunday, Gator Country delivers the first of a three-part series, excerpts from Buddy's book in which he takes on ESPN's Kirk Herbstreit, who was vocal about an Ohio State-Michigan rematch in the championship game.

This is a very revealing series in which Herbstreit explains why he felt so strongly about an Ohio State-Michigan rematch and why he felt Florida didn’t belong. Some of his candid answers might surprise you. Stay with Gator Country for Part I on Sunday, our Father’s Day special just for you.
