Since Urban Meyer arrived on the scene prior to the 2005 season, a priority has obviously been placed not only on running the ball successfully against the Volunteers, but on stopping the run. The numbers have been overwhelmingly in Florida’s favor in that regard. However, if Florida was going to be able to move the ball successfully against the Vols, they would have to be able to stop pressure through the A-gaps like Miami demonstrated 2 weeks ago.
