There will be a championship game buzz in the air Saturday night when the Florida Gators (7-1, 5-1 SEC East) visit Music City USA to face off with the Vanderbilt Commodores (5-3, 3-2 SEC East) in a critical Southeastern Conference East Division game (8 p.m., Vanderbilt Stadium, ESPN2). Everybody in the country is aware that the fourth-ranked Gators can clinch the SEC East and a trip to Atlanta for the conference championship game with a win, but Vanderbilt still has championship aspirations, too. Vandy can’t clinch the East championship but the Commodores can take command and in the 16 years of division play in the SEC, Vandy has never once been in that position.
