ShareBullard battles with a heavy heart
Jonathan Bullard dropped to his right knee at the 38-yard line and said a long prayer.
With tears still in his eyes, he rose to his feet and headed onto the Florida Field with the rest of his Florida Gators teammates after Saturday’s 14-7 victory against Missouri.
Bullard tweeted over the past 24 hours about the reason behind his tears and why he played Saturday with such a heavy heart. It was for his grandmother Joyce, whom he went home to Shelby, N.C., to see before returning for the game.
