Ackerman’s show to move to Orlando

Brady Ackerman will be leaving his full-time position as morning show host on ESPN Radio in Gainesville and Ocala on Friday August 10th . Ackerman has spent the last six years in morning drive from 7-10am with WMOP am 900 and WGGG AM 1230. Brady will move his show" The Brady Ackerman Show" to ESPN in Orlando and Melbourne (WHOO AM1080 AND WIXC AM 1060) from 3-6pm Monday-Friday.

He has spent the last nine months co-hosting in Orlando/Melbourne with former Auburn coach Terry Bowden. Bowden will remain as a guest on Ackerman’s new show while he is pursuing his interest in getting back into coaching.

Brady will continue to be featured as a guest on Espn Radio in Gainesville and Ocala. He and his family will maintain their residence in Ocala,Florida where they have lived for the past six years. Brady will also continue to serve as Sun Sports college football analyst and co-host of Gator Post Game. The Brady Ackerman Celebrity Golf Challenge will continue for it’s sixth year in June 2008 at the Country Club of Ocala. The fundraiser is for the Boys and Girls Clubs and is one of their primary revenue streams.
