ACK: Meyer went for the win

Brady Ackerman  |  October 23, 2007

Urban Meyer improved to 11-4 against ranked opponents since he's been Florida's head coach with the win over Kentucky. Meyer, who always coaches to win, showed it late in the game calling for the “go” route to Percy Harvin from the arm of Tim Tebow. That move alone proves how into the game Meyer is as the Gator coach. He is not over there directing traffic. He is into the game and understands how the game is going.
