In a week where the headlines often proclaimed bad news for the Florida Gators there were some very pleasant surprises that have their origins with good recruiting. Because Urban Meyer and his staff have built this roster methodically and relentlessly, the Gators have far more depth than any Florida team in years, maybe ever. Here are at least five pleasant surprises from week one.
