DESTIN --- When it comes to the NCAA, its many rule books and its complicated web of rules, it’s probably best to apply a time-honored theory about the weather and Oklahoma, the one that says if you don’t like the weather, wait 15 minutes. Les Miles can relate. He understands that the NCAA is well meaning about its many rules, but he wouldn’t mind seeing some consistency.
