When asked about the final quarter of last season’s 41-11 loss at LSU, Omar Hunter could only recall the “sick feeling” his teammates endured after watching a game Florida thought it had prepared well for slip away.

This year, Hunter believes the Gators are ready for the physicality the Tigers’ will bring in the trenches Saturday in The Swamp. Both Hunter and center Jonotthan Harrison said depth will be key in order to prevent another second-half collapse.

Also speaking to the media Wednesday was fullback Hunter Joyer, a player coach Will Muschamp referred to as an “unsung hero” on this year’s team.
