The Gators made, according to the database, $141,441,109 in the 2015-16 year, while spending just $121,307,116. The $20.1 million dollar surplus was second best in the SEC, trailing only Texas A&M ($57.2 million). The $20.1 million dollar surplus ranked third national.
The UAA recently approved a $128.2 million dollar budget for the 2017-18 school year, the highest in the history of the school.
