Notable: Carter has been one of the Gators longest and most vocal commits of the 2017. As a member of Swamp 17, Carter brings to the table an edge rushing ability that may put him in position for early playing time for the Gators. Carter recorded 9.5 sacks his senior year and averaged over seven sacks a game in his career at Hillsborough High School.
