Florida defeated Florida State 37-26 in Doak Campbell Stadium on Saturday in an in-state rivalry game with national implications.

Several prospects were in attendance, and the ones that weren’t were most likely watching on TV from their homes.

GatorCountry.com texted several players to get their thoughts on the Gators’ big win against Florida State. Here are there replies:

2013 prospects:

Brentwood (Tenn.) Academy quarterback Max Staver — “Hell a win!!!! Good stuff I love my school.”

Belle Glade (Fla.) Glades Day running back Kelvin Taylor — “Oline did a great job also the coaches.”

Dade City (Fla.) Pasco defensive lineman Joey Ivie — “Gators stepped it up in the fourth quarter. We performed very well and it’s great to be a Gator. Can’t wait to suit up.”
