Friday Night Lights Visitor List

Friday Night Lights has been down in attendance the last few years but this year the visitor list is full of top prospects who are scheduled to visit Florida.

Like every year, some names that say they will attend will not make it in, but here’s the names that we are expecting in Gainesville on Friday.

 

Committed elsewhere

Florida is scheduled to host three running backs that are committed elsewhere plus an offensive lineman that just recently made a commitment to Florida’s in-state rival.

Offensive lineman Abdul Bello just committed to Florida State but he’s scheduled to be in attendance on Friday.

Running back Dexter Williams is committed to Miami but he will in attendance with Florida commit Jalen Julius.

UCLA running back commit T.J. Simmons surprised people by arriving at Florida on Wednesday night and will stay through Friday Night Lights.

North Carolina running back/receiver commit Javarius Davis is looking to earn an offer on Friday night during his visit to Florida.

 

Florida commits

Tight end Camrin Knight- Knight has been committed for months now and he will be recruiting for Florida on Friday.

Cornerback Jalen Julius- Julius’ main target will be Dexter Williams.

Offensive lineman Tyler Jordan- Jordan is the main recruiter for Florida for the Class of 2015.

2016 cornerback Chauncey Gardner- Gardner flipped to Florida during camp from Miami.

 

Other 2015 prospects

 

Offensive lineman Brandon Sandifer- Florida/South Carolina are the top two teams with USCe having a slight lead.

Defensive lineman Byron Cowart- Florida/Oregon are the top two teams for Cowart.

Cornerback Chris Westry-  Florida offered Westry during Will Muschamp’s camp.

Defensive tackle Fletcher Adams- This will be Adams first visit to Florida.

Receiver George Campbell- Florida is trying to keep LSU from taking the lead in Campbell’s recruitment.

Defensive end Houshun Gaines- Gaines picked up an offer during the spring but this will be his first visit to Florida.

Offensive lineman Isaiah Prince- Prince had Florida in his top group this spring but this will be his first chance to see Florida in person.

Running back Jacques Patrick- FSU is considered the leader for Patrick but he continues to talk to Brian White.

Offensive lineman Jalen Merrick- Merrick wants to decide soon and Florida has been his top school for sometime now with South Carolina and Miami trailing the Gators.

Linebacker Jeffrey Holland- Holland visited Florida on Wednesday and will once be back on campus on Friday.

JUCO cornerback Justin Martin- The JUCO corner will visit Florida on Friday trying to earn an offer.

Defensive tackle Kendrick Norton- Norton decommitted from FSU and ever since then the talk has been Florida is in good shape. Norton ,like Holland, visited UF on Wednesday.

Offensive lineman Martez Ivey- Florida and Auburn are battling for Ivey who is the top OL target on the board.

Offensive lineman Matthew Burrell Jr.- Florida was Burrell’s dream school for sometime but this will be his first visit to Florida.

Running back Ray-Ray McCloud III- McCloud will decide on Monday and the Gators are looking to lock up a commitment.

Defensive end Reggie Walker- Walker is likely to play the BUCK position at Florida and he’s looking to earn his offer on Friday.

Receiver Ryan Davis- Davis visited Florida last week and he will visit again as the Gators are starting to become the team to beat.

Receiver Stanley Morgan- Morgan is one of the top receiver in Louisiana and he will make his first trip to UF on Friday.

Tight end Tavin Richardson- Richardson is looking to an earn offer on Friday night.

Linebacker Tevon Coney- Coney and his mom will arrive at Florida on Thursday and stay until Friday night.

Offensive lineman Tyree St. Louis- St. Louis is a guard that Florida would like to add and this will be his second visit to Florida since the spring.

 

2016 Prospects

Linebacker Devin Bush- Bush is the son of a coach and he will make his first visit to Florida on Friday.

Receiver Elijah Stove- Stove picked up a Florida offer this spring.

Receiver Freddie Swain- Swain has been visiting Florida for two years now.

Tight end Mark Birmingham- Birmingham just picked up a Florida offer and he will now visit.

Defensive end Shavar Manuel- Manuel is considered one of the best prospects in next year’s class and he has a Florida offer.
