Florida Gators prospects react to SEC Championship game

The Florida Gators had the national television audience watching them take on the Alabama Crimson Tide on Saturday afternoon in the SEC Championship game.

That was something that allowed recruits around the nation to tune into the game and watch the Gators play.

While the outcome wasn’t what the Gators wanted recruits around the country were able to take some positives from Florida’s loss.

2018 safety Trey Dean-“Very tough loss!! Florida started off very well. I think the defense held their own for some good drives. The offense didn’t play well at all. But overall it was a good season. Go Gators.”

Defensive end LaBryan Ray- “Florida came out strong but Bama kept played and ended up pulling away late.”

2018 athlete Amari Burney-“Defense looks awesome but too many turnovers by the offense.”

Offensive lineman Tony Gray-“Defense was great but a team like Alabama’s offense you have to score on every possession. Overall I think both teams played good.”

2018 FSU athlete commit Justin Watkins-“So much football the first half. Just bad quarterback play pretty much for Florida!!! I didn’t watch the second half though.”

Quarterback commit Jake Allen-“This team fought hard.”

GatorCountry will continue to add more reactions as we receive them.
