It’s that time of the year again where the Friday Night Lights are bright and prospects all across the country are working hard on the field to impress college coaches and also trying to win a state championship.

Like the past years Gator Country is going to do a preview every Thursday for all of the Florida Gators commits and on Monday we will do a full recap including stats and notes from the past weeks games.

This year we are going to also highlight the key players to watch in the game that aren’t Florida Gators commits but rather targets or just big names in the game.

Also we will give you a few games that involve Florida Gators targets from the Class of 2015 and 2016 to watch as well.

 

2015 commits

 

Linebacker Jerome Baker (6-1, 206, Cleveland, OH Benedictine)

Matchup: Benedictine (5-1) has a home game against Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin on Friday.

Yearly Stats: Baker has 36 carries for 317 yards and four touchdowns this year.

Key Players: Benedictine: Jerome Baker and 2016 WR Justin Layne

  

Offensive Lineman George Brown (6-6, 264, Cincinnati, OH Winton Woods)

Matchup: Winton Woods (3-2) has a home a game against Rock Bridge.
