Preview

The Tigers enter the game with an SEC losing streak that dates back to last February. Missouri has lost its last 13 conference games, including an 0-8 mark this season.

Florida comes in fresh off of a historic week after defeating both LSU and Oklahoma by more than 30 points. After two consecutive losses to South Carolina and Vanderbilt the week before, the Gators are back on a two-game winning streak.

Kevarrius Hayes’ career-high 20 points and nine rebounds off the bench led Florida to an 84-52 victory at Oklahoma. Canyon Barry is the only other player to score 20-plus points off the bench this season for the Gators.

Kevin Puryear leads the Tigers in both scoring (11.6) and rebounding (6.7). Jordan Barnett comes in just behind averaging 11.5 points and 6.6 rebounds per game. Terrence Phillips leads Missouri with 94 assists and 29 steals this season. He is also the top long-range threat, with 30 made three-pointers this season.

Florida leads the all-time series with a 4-2 record, including a 1-0 mark under Mike White. The Gators are 2-0 at home against the Tigers and look to continue their perfect record in Gainesville on Thursday.
