Spivey Senses: Florida Gators Recruiting Report

The Florida Gators have 10 assistant coaches on the road recruiting this week and they are visiting everyone in sight, it seems like, as they cross the entire country recruiting and making sure kids stay interested in Florida.

While there is likely not going to be any movement until a new head coach is released, Gator Country has some insider notes on some names and positions you should watch closely when the head is announced.

We also have a few names that we think that could visit the Florida Gators next weekend before the dead period begins on December 15th and runs through January 14th.

  1. Andrew , a couple of weeks ago you said you would not be in favor of McElwain, what if anything has changed your mind? Do you think his coaching philosophy would attract the offensive talent the Gators need to be competitive in the SEC?
