9:10 am: WR Antonio Callaway (SIGNED WITH FLORIDA) Callaway is down to Miami, Florida and Florida State. The talented receiver had his senior season cut short but Florida feels good about earning a commitment here.

10 am: WR Ryan Davis (Commits to Auburn) Davis will announce between Auburn and Florida today. A good friend of Byron Cowart, Davis will likely attend the same school as Cowart. Ryan Davis’ announcement will be on Bright House Sports Network.

10 am: OLB Jeff Holland (Commits to Auburn) The one time big Florida lean, Holland will choose between Auburn, Ole Miss and Florida today. Gator Country expects Holland to sign with Auburn. Holland’s announcement will be broadcast on Watch ESPN.

11:30 am: OL Martez Ivey (SIGNED WITH FLORIDA)  Ivey grew up rooting for the Florida Gators and is one of the best offensive linemen in the country. He’s picking between Auburn and Florida but Jim McElwain and the coaching staff have thrown the kitchen sink at Ivey and expect good news today.

1:15 pm: RB Jordan Cronkite (SIGNED WITH FLORIDA) The Army All-American will decide between Florida and West Virginia today and the Gators expect to add Cronkite to Jordan Scarlett as their two running backs this class.

2:30 pm: DL CeCe Jefferson (SIGNED WITH FLORIDA)  There isn’t a prospect in the country that has visited Florida more than Jefferson. CeCe has played his recruitment close to his vest and will choose between Alabama, Ole Miss and Florida today.

Nick de la Torre
A South Florida native, Nick developed a passion for all things sports at a very young age. His love for baseball was solidified when he saw Al Leiter’s no-hitter for the Marlins live in May of 1996. He was able to play baseball in college but quickly realized there isn’t much of a market for short, slow outfielders that hit around the Mendoza line. Wanting to continue with sports in some capacity he studied journalism at the University of Central Florida. Nick got his first start in the business as an intern for a website covering all things related to the NFL draft before spending two seasons covering the Florida football team at Bleacher Report. That job led him to GatorCountry. When he isn’t covering Gator sports, Nick enjoys hitting way too many shots on the golf course, attempting to keep up with his favorite t.v. shows and watching the Heat, Dolphins and Marlins.
