Florida Gators fall to Michigan Wolverines to open season

The Florida Gators (0-1, 0-0) fell to the Michigan Wolverines on Saturday to open the season in Dallas, Texas.

Florida’s offense never gained in any rhythm in the game and ended playing two quarterbacks in the game.

The Gators defensive provided a little spark in the second quarterback when they returned two interceptions back for touchdowns.

  1. Embarrassing loss, can we stop hearing about how the “offensive line has improved this year, seriously guys”…or how the coach is so “laid back”. My money goes to the university every year, and ive been watching since the days of eric rhett and emmitt smith, don’t remember 10 guys being suspended for an opener. There are bigger problems right now than who (or who isn’t making it work) under center.

I said it last year and during the muschamp years, if these guys don’t get a “lunch pale” mentality and stop being front runners, were going to be average for a long time. Michigan is a good team, but its Florida. Florida should be competitive against them and this is the second blowout loss. It’s only one game, but we have not improved, the offensive line is still terrible, and we have character issues. Thats a big hole fellas.
