ShareChris Walker breaks his silence
The Florida Gators basketball coaching staff received a big boost when coveted 2013 power forward Chris Walker (Holmes County/Bonifay, Fla.) announced his verbal commitment to Billy Donovan and the Gators on YouTube.
Since then, Walker’s been relatively quiet, but the 6-foot-10, 220-pound forward broke his silence last night appearing on Cheap Seats, a show on WRUF Sports Radio 850.
“It feels great for me going to play alongside teammate Kasey Hill and come into Florida in 2013-2014 and possibly competing for a national championship,” Walker said during the radio interview.
