Speights shoulders a very heavy load

Maybe it’s because he’s 6-11 and 245 pounds, which makes him the most physically imposing player on the Florida basketball roster, but Marreese Speights shoulders the weight of expectations that are at best unrealistic. Through nine games he’s played extremely well and he has the numbers to back it up, but somehow the fact that he’s the Gators second leading scorer and the team leader in rebounding, shooting percentage and blocked shots has escaped some grumbling fans.
