Since arriving at Florida two years ago as a high-scoring transfer from Rutgers, Mike Rosario has built a reputation for his flashy playing style on the court.

Whenever he checked into the game off the bench last season, a slick, behind-the-back pass from the 6-foot-3 shooting guard almost became expected, as did a rain of high-arching 3-pointers.

But with those clever dishes came turnovers. And too often his rushed shots found only air and hardwood.
