It is moments like the one he had a few days ago when Chandler Parsons stopped by his office that Billy Donovan knows that his young basketball team is starting to figure things out. This has been a season in which Donovan has probably thought out loud a couple thousand times “what the hell are they thinking?” Sometimes the progress has been measured in these off the court moments and not in terms of wins and losses.
