Pearl says scheduling is a two-edge sword

Franz Beard - Managing Editor  |  June 3, 2009  |  0 Comments

DESTIN --- Bruce Pearl has tried it both ways and from his standpoint, there is no easy answer to the scheduling dilemma for Southeastern Conference basketball. Play too many patsies and the NCAA Tournament Committee will overlook you even if you have a great record. Schedule too many tough teams and add two or three high profile losses to your already tough conference won-lost record and you might miss the tournament completely.
