Tuesday morning the average cost of a gallon of gas in the United States was $4.08 and that means the typical American spends $60 or more to fill the tank with regular. Now you may not make a connection between a full tank and the NBA Draft, but Matt Ramker certainly has, which is why he’s content with the choice that Marreese Speights made to stay in the draft a couple of weeks ago.
