Junior shooting guard Kenny Boynton entered Southeastern Conference play scoring 19.5 points per game and was considered by some a candidate for SEC Player of the Year.

While Boynton’s number dipped during conference play – most players’ numbers normally do – he has hit rock bottom the past five games.

After shooting 47 percent from the floor and 44.2 percent from three-point range in Florida’s first 27 games, Boynton has shot just 29.2 percent from the floor and 32.3 percent from three over the last five games.
