Broken or on life support?
DESTIN --- It is debatable if the system is broken beyond repair or just on life support but there is no question that the AAU program that acts as the feeder for Division I basketball is in desperate need of some changes. Although the coaches of the Southeastern Conference didn’t reach any definitive conclusions or proposals about what changes are needed at their spring meetings at the Sandestin Hilton this week, there was agreement that there are huge problems that must be dealt with soon.
