Billy Donovan gets a chance to measure two weeks of practice progress tonight when the Florida Gators play host to Saint Leo University (7 p.m., Stephen C. O’Connell Center) in the first of two exhibition games they’ll play before the season officially kicks off November 15 with a home game against Stetson. Although St. Leo is a Division II team and outmatched in terms of size, athleticism and experience, the game will be a good measuring device for Donovan, who gets to work with his entire team and get them accustomed to playing as a unit.
