The past two days has been a dream come true for Tampa (Fla.) Jesuit pitcher Lance McCullers.

On Wednesday, the Florida Gators’ baseball signee McCullers was named Gatorade Player of the Year for the state of Florida. On Thursday, he was named Gatorade National Baseball Player of the Year.
