One of the greatest triumphs an athlete can experience is the elation they feel going from goat to hero. That was exactly what happened to the Florida baseball team tonight, as the Gators rallied for an 8-6 victory over Vanderbilt. Two seniors swung those lethal bats that put Florida back into the game and into the winners column. It was made more dramatic considering it was two seniors who have experienced little in the form of post-season opportunities, who might have just given their squad the lift they needed to help clinch an NCAA Tournament berth.
