ShareKeenan Kish gets a memory for life
If you stumbled into the postgame press conference late and looked up at Florida pitcher Keenan Kish as coach Kevin O’Sullivan talked about him, you might have thought the Gators had just lost their Super Regional game.
Kish’s eyes watered up and he swallowed hard in the middle of the room.
“He’s had some ups and downs, but sometimes you get one outing like this and it kind of propels you to the next level,” O’Sullivan said. “I never would have brought him in if I didn’t have confidence in him.”
