ShareGainesville Regional Team Capsules
Alfred A. McKethan Stadium will be the site of the NCAA Gainesville Regional for a fourth consecutive season. It's the 10th time in the Florida baseball program's history to host an NCAA Regional.
The double-elimination tournament kicks off Friday with second-seeded Georgia Tech taking on third-seeded College of Charleston at 1 p.m. followed by top-seeded Florida facing fourth-seeded Bethune-Cookman at 7 p.m.
In an effort to provide fans with cheat sheet of sorts, GatorCountry.com has compiled team capsules with stats, notes and quotes on each of the four teams in the Gainesville Regional.
