ShareFlorida’s season on line vs. Kent State
At some point in every college baseball team’s season, things come down to one game. Whether it’s one game to win a national title or one game to stave off elimination and make the season last one game longer.
For Florida (47-19), it will be the latter against Kent State (46-19) when the teams square off in the loser’s bracket on Monday at 5 p.m. ET in Omaha on ESPN2.
“Once you're in the loser's bracket you can't look too far ahead,” coach Kevin O’Sullivan said after Florida’s loss to South Carolina on Saturday. “I'm not going to look too far ahead. We got a game on Monday. That's all I'm concerned about.”
